Read MoreLooking for water extraction near you? Leaks and floods don’t wait, which is why our team at Allphase Restoration offers 24/7 water extraction services in Columbus, Ohio.
Here in Columbus, Ohio, Allphase Restoration is committed to providing you with the best water extraction service. We ensure your needs are met while conducting high-quality service.
Servicing various locations throughout the Columbus area, we can resolve any water damage issue, no matter how severe.
Water extraction removes standing water from an unwanted area and is necessary for restoring water damage. It can also prevent further water intrusion and begin the drying process.
Acting fast and removing water in a timely manner is also crucial in preventing mold growth and rot.
Proper use of precise and efficient tools is necessary for eliminating unwanted water. Here’s how we do it:
Our high-powered water extraction pumps are designed to extract water of all classifications, including sewage.
Our industrial-grade wet/dry vacuums rapidly remove water from a target area, allowing us to work quickly and efficiently.
We use moisture meters to precisely measure the accumulated water damage, and our thermal imaging cameras help us identify heat abnormalities in a given space.
We use dehumidifiers to dry out target areas and remove excess moisture. Our commercial air movers help to circulate and ventilate the space during the drying process.
Our experts here at Allphase Restoration practice the industry’s best methods for water extraction and water damage restoration services.
First, we identify the source to stop and prevent any further water damage from taking place.
Next, we address any safety hazards that can be dangerous during the restoration process. This includes removing any nearby electronic equipment or appliances.
After we have ensured a safe environment, we begin the water extraction process. We remove the water using special pumps and industrialized vacuums.
Then we continue by disinfecting the target area. This helps prevent any harmful bacteria and odors from building up.
Finally, we end with a dehumidification process to remove any residual moisture in the air from being absorbed back into nearby materials.

If you are in a place like I was with serious fire and water damage from a house fire you're likely scared and confused which way to turn. At every step of the way Omar and Hassan made me feel like I was their family member in the way they spoke to me, treated me, advised me, and guided me. There was not one extra inch they hesitated in taking to make this horrible experience easier. It was compeletely above and beyond what they needed to and done without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and give them a call and you will not be disappointed with the process or the result. Professional, skilled, kind, caring, expeidtious, competitive, and all around good human beings.Posted on Kaylin HowellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. AWESOME experience!!! We had a metal roof installed on our outdoor patio bar. The team was professional and worked so hard to make our experience great. The two people who worked on our project - John and Rudy were just amazing. They worked from sun up to sun down to give us an amazing metal roof. Thank you John and Rudy so much!!! What a great company - great people - and a great experience. Cannot say enough good things about this company. The finished product says it all. See our pic - we just LOVE IT!!!Posted on Kim RayburnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Daughter’s basement flooded with 4 inches of water after a very heavy rain. I called AllPhase immediately. They arrived and started clean up while her neighbors were still on hold with other companies. Some were on hold for more than 2 hours trying to help. Before switching to Allphase. The 2 gentleman from AllPhase (Anthony & Rick) were great. They immediately got to work. They explained what would happen and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They told us they would move the larger items for us. Rick and a crew came back 2 days later to remove carpet and baseboards and to spray an anti microbial cleaner. He came back 2 more times to check on the moisture levels before removing the fans and dehumidifiers. Everyone from AllPhase has been wonderful. I highly recommend this company!Posted on Ann WardTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great servicePosted on Felix ChrappahTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Although there were some hiccups and miscommunication between my insurance field adjuster and the AllPhase's estimator, my experienced technician Anthony was hands the only reason why I let AllPhase continue the completion of the water/mold mitigation job. Anthony took his time and explained the entire process without pressuring me to choose AllPhase for the additional demo work – unlike the AllPhase estimator who seemed to be concerned about securing additional contract work than following proper insurance procedures. Thank you so much Anthony for all your hard work and willingness to go above and beyond!Posted on Christina Howard
Understanding the common causes of water intrusion is important to avoid expensive repairs.
Knowing the difference between grading and drainage issues also helps to resolve water intrusion problems promptly and cost-effectively.
Grading refers to the slope of the surrounding landscape; if this slope isn’t sloping away from the foundation, then you might find yourself dealing with a water intrusion. Poor drainage and improper downspouts can also lead to water intrusion.
Water leaks and flooding are among the most common causes of property water intrusion.
The longer you delay water removal, the more you put yourself and those involved at risk of potential damages and expensive health costs. Repairs for damages also become costly as buildings swell, warp, and rot.
If your home or business has experienced water intrusion from leaks, plumbing failures, or flooding, prompt water extraction is essential to prevent further damage and reduce restoration costs.
Delaying water removal can double your repair costs and increase health risks.
